All the MMA, UFC and Martial Arts One Newbie With a Job Can Stand!

We got a taste of some MMA UK style this weekend on Saturday, November 15 at UFC 105. There were many great great fights that ended in some terrific beatdowns. The Bisping fight was easily one of the best.

Now the ultra-hyped Couture vs. Vera fight… hmmmm if I didn’t know better I’d say the fix was in. But hey, what do I know. I’ve never stepped into the Octagon myself much less sat in judgment of two world class UFC fighters, but I know what I saw from many many angles on SPIKE and that was a Brandon Vera victory. This is the crap that happens when you “leave it to the judges.” Takes me back to some of my worst days on the tournament floor… At least it was free!!! Any way, here are your results:

Are You Even Listening? I'm tellin' you it was THIS big!

UFC104 came in with a mighty roar but kind of ended with a whimper.  A LOT of folks are unhappy that Shogun lost on points to Machida but that’s the breaks when you leave your fight results to the judges!  UFC104 was a pay per view event but, like UFC103, SPIKE TV aired a couple of the undercard bouts.  This is an excellent way to get more viewers to the UFC bandwagon and it also helps those of us that are tired of shoveling out $40 a pop for pay per view.  Of course, gas, a pint of suds and some nachos at the local sports bar won’t set you back $40 so that may be the way to go for us cheap skates!  Here are your UFC 104 results:
